Order from us with confidence- we’ve been shipping live critters over 15 years!
To be protected by Our Guarantee you must follow our temperature guidelines when you order.
Live animals and plants are sensitive to outdoor temperatures, so check your forecast before ordering.
Order when daytime temperatures in your area are between 40°F and 85°F.
You are responsible for checking your forecast before ordering.
Since there are many factors at play after they arrive, we cannot extend the guarantee beyond live arrival of animals and plants.
SHIPPING
- Shipping is $8.95 flat rate for your entire order to 1 address.
- We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs etc.
- We don’t offer Expedited Shipping. From our experience, expedited shipping does not increase the likelihood that your critters will arrive alive if your temperatures don’t meet our temperature guidelines – please read these to get your critters delivered safely.
- We ship via USPS within 5 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). If your order comes in after 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) it’ll be processed the next business day.
- Tracking is sent to your email when your order ships. You should be present at the delivery address to receive your package. A delivery of live animals and plants should not be left unattended.
