Live Arrival Guarantee Terms
Order from us with confidence- we’ve been shipping live critters over 15 years!
To be protected by Our Guarantee you must follow these temperature guidelines.
Live animals and plants are sensitive to outdoor temperatures, so check your forecast before ordering.
Order when daytime temperatures in your area are between 40°F and 85°F.
You are responsible for checking your forecast before ordering.
Since there are many factors at play after they arrive, we cannot extend the guarantee beyond live arrival of animals and plants.
If there is a problem with your order do not throw your critter or plant away. Here is how to alert us of an issue:
- Snap a photo of your critter or plant.
- Send the photo, a description, and your order information to help@naturegifts.com right away.
We will review your order and send you an update usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
If the above process is not followed, your order will not be eligible for a replacement.
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please send a photo of what you received, including your packing slip, to help@naturegifts.com .
Caterpillars have an additional guarantee:
- Cups of 5= we guarantee 3 caterpillars from each cup to become butterflies.
- School kit= we guarantee 2/3 will become butterflies. We include extras in your order.
