It’s not easy to find a company that sells healthy leopard frog tadpoles. There may be 1 or 2 others online that I have found. Nature’s Gifts truly stands behind their product! It’s evident that it’s not just a business to them and that they care about the creatures they are sending to people.

I used to raise frogs a long time ago, and decided to start up again. I saw this kit and decided to try it out. The shipment arrived fast, and both the tadpoles (I ordered two,) were alive. They were very cute.
After a week of following the instructions, both tadpoles died of an unknown cause. Discouraged, I messaged the company and told them what happened. They gave me great information that helped me out. They also shipped out one replacement tadpole.
The replacement came quickly, and is a lot more active than the other two that died, leading me to suspect the two I ordered first were sick. I know it wasn’t the water, I had a local pet shop test it, and everything was fine.
All in all, I am very satisfied with this product and this company. Great products, great customer service. I will order from them again in the future.

We got our kit a few months ago and waited for warmer weather to order our tadpoles. The kit is easy to use and comes with everything you need. Ordering our tadpoles was easy, but unfortunately they did not arrive alive. I sent a picture to customer service and they sent new tadpoles without any questions. Our new tadpoles arrived alive and active! My son is very excited about them.
I think the first tadpoles had been handled too roughly in the mail. I told the customer service rep the box didn’t have “fragile” on it or anything indicating it needs extra care, and the second box of tadpoles they sent had a fragile sticker on it. Not sure if maybe it had been forgotten on the first box, but I think that made the difference.

AWESOME!!! I ordered 2 tadpoles to come right away with the package. I was a bit nervous when I found out you’re not supposed to order tadpoles in weather below 40 degrees, and in my area, it was around 20 degrees. Luckily my 2 tadpoles arrived safe and sound, they and the tank were packaged very safe and secure and the tank is plenty big for them! Its been about 4 days and my tadpoles are still doing very well. Just a little warning that their food does dissolve in the water and can make it a little foggy, but after a while when the tadpoles have eaten the food from the water the fogginess will go away. You do have to get them fresh new water 1-2 times a week. And just remember every time you change the water you must add 3 drops of the water solution included in the kit. after a week I would add less water so its easier for the tadpoles to swim to the surface and catch a breath. overall 5 stars there has been no complications with the tadpoles. they are very active and so cute!!

We received our tadpole within 3 days of ordering. He came very securely packaged and seems to be doing well. We’re very excited to watch him grow and to learn while we keep him as a pet. Wow! Such a complete and awesome kit! Our original order was missing 2 tadpoles and the one we got was dead. I reached to the company and they immediately put 3 new ones in the mail and they arrived healthy and happy. We are having a great time watching them grow! Excellent customer service!

Amazing customer service! I was sending this as a gift and accidentally submitted the order with my shipping address instead of the intended recipient. I emailed them and they were able to send the package to the correct address. Life saver! And shipping was super quick too!
One frog didn’t survive the journey, I emailed them, they quickly responded and shipped out replacements immediately!

It was partially our fault, we ordered them and the temperature was below freezing and they did state they may not survive. I suppose we didn’t read the fine print. We ordered 2 kits with 2 tadpoles. Only 3 tadpoles were shipped and 2 out of the 3 were dead 🙁

My daughter has been asking over and over again for her own pet. I decided I would start her off with something small, and educational. Well, these aren’t exactly small, they are almost as big as bull frog tadpoles. But they do not get near the size of a bull frog. I knew my daughter would be super excited to get these big boys/ girls too. This set comes with everything you need to get started, and it is all packed securely . The directions ,for set up ,are super easy to follow, and so are the directions for care, very easy to clean up. The tank size is perfect, they have plenty of room to swim around…Our tadpoles have legs forming now, so we put in less water. Soon we will add some land items, so they can get used to hopping around. If you have a child that loves all animals, loves science, and is ready for their first pet, then get these, they are great.

When I saw that I could buy on own little tadpoles with tank and all I was very excited! I love frogs and so raising my own from tadpoles sounded awesome! My two little tadpoles, Tadius and Polaris, are four weeks old now and have tiny little legs starting to grow. This kit arrived before it was said to, and everything was as described, the tadpoles were wrapped up nice and safe. I would recommend this kit to anyone who is looking for a tadpole kit, its great for kids too! My two nieces, 4 and 6, love to come check on my tadpoles whenever they are over!

It’s fine for a tadpole, and it’s great for kids to see their life cycle, but don’t let an adult frog live in this little tank… This is basically a starter kit. Be prepared to upgrade to some other setup if you want it to thrive.
