    I am a new hermit crab owner.I ordered two hermit crabs from here and they came within a week of me ordering. I was so hesitant and anxious about how they would survive being shipped. They arrived alive and well. It’s been about a week since I’ve had them and They both are very active and thriving with my other two hermit crabs I got shortly after they from a previous owner. They are so small and cute. Would definitely order from here again!

    I bought two crabs about a month ago and they have been thriving ever since! They did go down for a couple weeks to either de stress or molt, so don’t be alarmed if yours does too (it is normal). I would recommend! They came in good shells (not the harmful painted ones in pet stores). They were also packaged securely and safely. They have brought joy to my toddler as she is always excited to see Shelly and Sandy!

    I ordered 2 kits, out of the 4 hermies 3 arrived alive and are doing well. One did not arrive alive but was quickly replaced. I highly recommend getting a larger tank. They love to dig and climb! The tank they come in is great for travel or a temporary molting tank!

    I purchased the 2 hermit crabs and the habitat about 6 months ago. Both hermit crabs arrived alive and well and the habitat had all the items and the instructions for care. Six months later I only have one left. But he’s pretty neat. I’m going to order another.

When Peggy passed he gladly sent a replacement who is active happy and will soon be moved to our homeschooling hermitat! His customer service is beyond excellent!     I ordered one hermit crab and it arrived alive and well. I named her Wonder because the whole time she was being delivered I was wondering if he or she was ok. She came a bit chilly but I gave her a bath and she perked right up. She is also getting along with her sisters and brother and we will definitely be getting more crabs from this site soon! Although this is all great news she is a little smaller than what I was expecting. It said that my crab would be medium sized but i would say she is very tiny. Other than that great site definitely would recommend.

    Ordered 6 crabs very pretty shells five arrived alive one dead the dead was replaced with another and sadly it only lived for a little bit the others are doing well and are very active and love running around two even switched shells the night we got them.

    Only one arrived well. We thought the other was dead. After giving it a bath it started moving slightly but went back to being anti-social and lethargic. We took them both to the vet and he said to give the sick one some time but that the active one was just fine. It died the next morning. The healthy one was lively and and loved walking around, it’s very fun to watch.

    Both were larger than I expected, very active and ready to explore their new home. I had been concerned about the transit time (1 week) but the crabs seemed none the worse for it. Right now they’re climbing the branch in their tank!

    They arrived on time, one was very lively and is doing well, but the other arrived dead.
    Ya’ll were very nice and sent me one to replace it. That one was alive, but very sluggish. It died 2 weeks later, I’m sorry to say.

    I received the crabs within a week of ordering. They came individually packaged with shredded paper and a wet sponge. They were eager to play and come out as soon as I opened them. Compared to the two crabs I bought at Petco, these are much more active and fun to watch and they drink and eat regularly. Both are large and healthy and came in beautiful shells and two to grow into, which they’ve both already switched shells. I would definitely order again.

    I’m a soon to be 52 year old woman that still enjoys these little guys. I have ordered these crabs through this seller several times. They come to you very well packed with extra shells. They are young and will give you many years of joy if you take good care of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have hermit crabs as a pet. As soon as I get a larger home for them I will be back to order some more. Of course they can be found in most pet stores, but I’m putting my money to something that I find to be a better and highly worth it quality pet. They are young, clean, attractive crabs. I love mine and you will too!

    Both arrived alive and seemingly well! Shipping was much faster than expected and they were packed very well. Two very different personalities! We have the explorer who only stops for snack breaks, and the hermit who just wants to sit in their hut (or the corner) and be anti social.
